Questions, answered
How does pricing work?
You pick a plan and a billing period — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. Longer periods cost less and the saving is shown before you pay. Every price on this site is exactly what checkout will charge; one pricing engine drives both.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is lost either way.
Can I use my own identity provider?
Yes — SAML 2.0 with any identity provider (Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Keycloak), OIDC, and SCIM 2.0 user provisioning, alongside password, email one-time codes and authenticator apps.
How does GST work?
GST is applied by the same engine that prices your plan, split into CGST/SGST or IGST by your GSTIN’s place of supply, and charged on the amount after any discount. Every invoice states the split.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every register and report exports to CSV or Excel with a provenance stamp — the export itself is recorded on the audit trail — and account owners can request account deletion. A one-click full-organisation export is on our roadmap; today a complete export is assembled with support.
Can I self-host?
Traceline runs as a managed service today. A dedicated or on-premise deployment is available under enterprise agreements — talk to us.
